  • Every morning we will begin the day with a meditation to destress and focus in 5 minutes.

  • You will lean into mindset group coaching sessions to clear your mind of limiting self-talk and boost your confidence to the next level.

  • Enjoy and rejuvenate with a massage in the comfort of the home

She now wants to focus on "the largest untapped resource in the world - women" as Hillary Clinton would say. She specialises in working mothers - whether they work at home or in an office. 


Thousands of people have attended her workshops to understand themselves, their teams or their organisation. She is not a stuffy Executive Coach, she facilitates highly engaging blended-learning programs and loves to get people on their feet.
